Job summary

Woopel is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time role in Doha, Qatar. You will plan, organize, control and evaluate projects from inception to completion, coordinating internal staff and external contractors while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT/software project management, a proven track record, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position requires a results-driven leader with strong planning and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management in the IT/Software industry.
• Proven track record of successful project management from concept to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Monitor progress on assigned projects and report to stakeholders as needed.
• Identify potential risks or issues and develop safeguards.
• Lead internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and procedures.
• Monitor performance against budgeted costs and adjust resources as needed.
• Manage change requests throughout the project life cycle.
