We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure of our company and ensuring its efficiency and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technological systems
• Manage and maintain all hardware, software, network, and other technology resources
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Stay updated on new technology trends to recommend improvements or upgrades for the company's systems
• Oversee the security of all data, networks, and systems to prevent potential cyber attacks or data breaches
• Collaborate with other departments to identify their technological needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage a team of IT professionals including training, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, network administration, security protocols, and other IT principles
