Overview

Our Client - A leading EPC working with global Operators on very interesting engineering projects.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that the coordination among all disciplines interfaces within the Engineering Department is in compliance with the project requirements.
  • Prepare monthly progress report and closely monitor performance.
  • Responsible for liaising directly with Project Managers for manning and de- manning of engineering (Instrumentation and Controls) staff.
  • Select supporting software programs required to operate the design functions as applicable.
  • Assign the specific job responsibility to a person who will keep full control of all documentation produced during the progress of the work.
  • To ensure that activities are performed in accordance with the planned programme.
  • To provide necessary support and information to the Procurement Manager for technical bid evaluations.
  • Manage the preparation of Bid Proposals
  • Supervisory role in preparation of engineering deliverables during bidding stage & modification if any on award of engineering contracts.
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of Bid submittals with Business Development.
  • Conduct interviews as required.
  • Have authority to negotiate and sign on behalf of the section within the responsibility.
  • Responsible for completion of all engineering works necessary to honour contractual obligations or other undertakings to the client in respect of final handover.
  • Continually review work and QA/QC procedures and modify as necessary.
  • Maintain/long term customer relations and retain them.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
