Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education (Computer Science), or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional teaching experience in school-level Computer Science or ICT curricula.
• Strong classroom management, public speaking, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage, motivate, and support students of diverse learning abilities effectively.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, programming logic, and digital literacy tools.
• Excellent organizational, lesson planning, and administrative skills.
• Candidates currently located in Qatar are preferred for immediate hiring and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging computer science and ICT lessons aligned with school curriculum standards.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Guide students through practical computer laboratory sessions, coding exercises, and digital projects.
• Assess and monitor student academic performance, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Integrate modern educational software, interactive tools, and digital learning platforms into daily teaching.
• Collaborate proactively with school administrators, department heads, and fellow educators on curriculum enhancement.
• Maintain accurate student attendance, grading records, and progress reports in compliance with school policy.
• Organize extracurricular computing clubs, coding competitions, or technology workshops for students.
• Communicate student progress and developmental milestones professionally with parents and guardians.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on emerging educational technologies and pedagogy.
