IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure of our company in Umm-Salal. You will manage a team of IT professionals and ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning efficiently. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our company's technology needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including hardware, software, and network maintenance
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
• Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance
• Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly
• Monitor technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems as needed
• Ensure that all systems are backed up regularly and data is secure
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and find solutions to minimize downtime
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services procurement

Requirements
