IT Manager (Malayalee)

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As a Malayalee, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and diverse environment with no English language requirements. This is a contract position that requires prior experience in information technology management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and ensure smooth functioning of all systems and networks
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals
• Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
• Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
• Manage IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors

Requirements:

• Must be a Malayalee with experience in information technology management
