Job summary

Workato in Ar-Ruwais seeks an experienced Instrument Technician to maintain and repair instruments in industrial settings. The role is full-time with a salary of $1400 per month, plus visa and ticket.

You will conduct routine maintenance, calibrations, troubleshoot issues, read schematics, and document activities. Proficiency in English is required; minimum 2 years’ experience and a high school diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits and components.
• Familiarity with instruments used in industrial settings and ability to read technical diagrams/schematics.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on instruments such as gauges, sensors, controllers and transmitters.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with faulty instruments.
• Perform calibrations and adjustments to ensure accurate readings.
• Install new instruments as needed.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and superiors regarding equipment issues.
