Industrial Engineer – Entry Level

We are seeking an entry-level Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for helping to optimize production processes and systems in order to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
• Analyze data and develop reports that highlight opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness
• Utilize problem-solving skills and engineering principles to troubleshoot production issues
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology related to industrial engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and statistical analysis software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
