Entry Level Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry level Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This is an excellent opportunity for a Filipino candidate who is looking for an English-speaking job without experience, as visa sponsorship will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Monitor production data and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through process optimization
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline operations
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures
- Train staff on new processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new processes and continuously improve

Salary:
1400$ per month, depending on experience.
