Industrial Engineer – We are searching for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and increasing efficiency in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and be able to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Conduct time studies, create process flow diagrams, and develop work standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Monitor production data, analyze trends, and make recommendations for further improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Train production employees on new processes and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment
