Job summary

Workato in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects from start to finish, coordinating planning, execution and on-site delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, has 5+ years of PM experience, demonstrates strong leadership and communication, can manage multiple projects while upholding safety standards, and will coordinate with clients, subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with Indian nationals preferred.
• Must have valid visa sponsorship for employment in Qatar.
