Job summary

Adecco Group in Doha seeks a Senior Incident Response leader with deep experience managing major cyber incidents, leading response teams, and strengthening enterprise/national cyber resilience. This is a senior oversight role not a SOC analyst position; candidates must have demonstrated leadership of significant incidents and teams.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee major cyber incident responses and CSIRT engagements.
• Coordinate containment, eradication, and recovery efforts for critical incidents.
• Develop and maintain IR playbooks, governance, and runbooks.
• Manage crisis communications with stakeholders and executives.
• Plan and execute tabletop exercises and drills to test readiness.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and oversee remediation actions.
