Senior UI Developer (Qatar)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same field.
• HTML5, CSS3, cross‑platform/browser compatibility.
• Advanced W3C web standards (usability & accessibility).
• Basic Search Engine Optimization knowledge.
• JavaScript, object‑oriented JavaScript.
• Experience with JS frameworks (Ext, Sencha Touch, jQuery).
• UI customization experience in SharePoint 2010 (SharePoint 2013 is a plus).
• ASP.NET UI customization experience.
• Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, TFS, SVN.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement user interface design and online user experiences according to usability and accessibility standards, including scripts that interact with the HTML design.
• Coordinate and integrate featured development with designers and developers.
• Build HTML prototypes and implement final HTML and interactive layouts.
• Customize SharePoint layouts, build master pages and layout and display templates that will enrich SharePoint 2013 portal designs.
• Develop cross‑browser/platform‑compatible applications that are search‑engine friendly.
• Perform other duties assigned by your manager.

Terms and Conditions

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).

The selected candidate shall join VAM Systems – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading organizations in Qatar.
