Role Overview

We are seeking talented ICT professionals to join our team at both mid and senior levels. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, systems, and digital services to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations. You will maintain hardware and software, ensure data protection, support digital transformation initiatives, and provide technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• For All Levels:
  • Manage and maintain IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Support and contribute to digital transformation projects.
• Additional for Senior Level:
  • Lead planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement disaster recovery strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior ICT team members.
  • Recommend and implement new technologies to enhance IT capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Mid-Level Analyst / Specialist: 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.
• Senior Analyst / Specialist: 8–10 years of progressive experience, including leadership or project management responsibilities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity practices.
• Proficiency in IT support, troubleshooting, and service management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and emerging digital technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• For Senior Level: Leadership ability, project management expertise, and strategic thinking.

Preferred Certifications
