A leading technical services provider based in Doha is seeking an ICSS & Telecom Superintendent. The role demands extensive experience (15+ years) in ICSS and Automation within Oil & Gas and LNG Plants, along with proven leadership skills for managing multi-discipline teams and EPC Contractors. Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in ICSS / Automation in Oil & Gas and LNG Plants.
• Strong leadership and experience leading multi-discipline teams.
• Familiar with systemization and PCC procedures.
• Familiar and conversant with systemization, system completion database, PCC procedures, including SIMOPS.
• Proven experience with Vendors operating in the LNG industry such as main refrigeration compressors, liquefaction equipment, power generation, utilities, cryogenic pumps, control systems, etc.
• Proven experience with commissioning of Process Licensed Units.
• Experience with PCC of large Process and utility systems of LNG Plants.
• Technical background as an ICSS Networks engineer and field pre-commissioning and commissioning execution experience.

Knowledge and/or Experience

At least 15 years' of proven experience in ICSS / Automation, Commissioning and/or Maintenance positions within Oil & Gas and LNG Plants.

Strong leadership skills, experience leading multi-discipline teams, EPC Contractors and working closely with operations and end-users.

Familiar and conversant with systemization, system completion database, PCC procedures, including SIMOPS.

Proven experience with Vendors operating in the LNG industry such as main refrigeration compressors, liquefaction equipment, power generation, utilities, cryogenic pumps, control systems, etc.

Proven experience with commissioning of Process Licensed Units.
