Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in School Counselling or equivalent.
• Experience in IB school setting with middle school work experience.
• Ability to respond effectively to the needs of a culturally diverse student and parent population.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to students, staff and parents to facilitate the development of an internationally minded community.
• Identify and address factors that inhibit learning and create an environment of mutual support and respect.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and support multilingual families within the school community.
