Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR / Recruiter. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our growing operations by effectively managing end-to-end recruitment and HR processes, with a strong focus on the marine or oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially in marine and oil & gas disciplines.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in HR administrative duties.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the marine or oil & gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
