Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR / Recruiter. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our growing operations by effectively managing end-to-end recruitment and HR processes, with a strong focus on the marine or oil & gas sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially in marine and oil & gas disciplines.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and timelines.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Maintain employee records and assist in HR administrative duties.
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the marine or oil & gas industry.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
