You will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our HR practices to ensure alignment with both organizational objectives and the ever‑evolving landscape of Qatar labor laws. Position Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance, insights, and solutions for matters across the HR agenda.
  • Partner with the regional and global HR team (e.g., HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence such as HR Services, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards) to design, develop, and deploy HR programs and processes in alignment with organization goals, industry best practices, and local labor laws.
  • Ensure alignment of internal policies and practices with local labor laws.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity & inclusion where employee experience is the cornerstone of HR service delivery.
  • Design initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce and aid career development.
  • Stay abreast of HR trends and contribute to the continuous simplification and improvement of HR processes and the development of regional HR initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data‑driven decision‑making.
Required Skills / Experience
  • At least 5 years proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • At least 3 years proven experience working in Qatar.
  • In‑depth demonstrable knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to develop end‑to‑end HR processes and drive implementation.
  • Experience in Talent Management and Development.
  • Fluent Arabic speaker.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer oriented and agile.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Desired Skills / Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
