Job Description

Crew Life at Sea, an international hospitality and cruise career specialist, is currently hiring a qualified and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for one of its partner properties in Doha, Qatar. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong eye for cleanliness, team leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring world-class service in all areas of housekeeping operations.This role offers a great opportunity for hospitality professionals seeking career growth in a dynamic and international environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and linen management
• Assign tasks and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve housekeeping-related issues
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management
• Train and evaluate housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Coordinate with other departments (front office, maintenance) to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain records of staff performance, schedules, and room status

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Diploma or Certification in Hospitality Management (preferred)
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Knowledge of hygiene standards, cleaning equipment, and hospitality service expectations
• Team leadership and staff coordination experience
