Housekeeping Manager – Umm‑Said, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred).

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations at our prestigious hotel in Umm‑Said, Qatar. We are specifically looking for Indian nationals, who are experienced in the field of housekeeping and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety of our guests.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high‑quality service standards.
• Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
• Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
• Monitor expenses within the department budget and suggest cost‑saving measures where possible.
• Address any guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a reputable hotel or resort.
• Indian nationality preferred due to language requirements for managing Indian staff members.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language is a plus).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
• Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in hotels/resorts.
