We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of housekeeping operations and should be able to manage a team of housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that all staff follow proper hygiene, safety, and security protocols.
  • Inspecting rooms and public areas regularly to ensure that they are clean and tidy.
  • Scheduling staff shifts in order to meet the demands of the hotel.
  • Supervising and training housekeeping staff on cleaning methods and standards.
