Overview

Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. This is a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of housekeeping staff
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
  • Prepare work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times
  • Order supplies and equipment necessary for the efficient operation of the housekeeping department
  • Maintain inventory of all housekeeping supplies and ensure proper storage and usage
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping operations
  • Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage to provide excellent overall guest experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel setting
  • Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, products, and techniques
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary

Salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
