A luxury household in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar is seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of their residence. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all household staff, including butlers, chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, and drivers.
  • Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the household.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Oversee all aspects of housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance of the residence.
  • Manage household budgets and expenses, including purchasing supplies and groceries.
  • Plan and execute special events or parties hosted at the residence.
  • Ensure the security of the residence at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a House Manager or in a similar role is required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
