Job summary

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Lusail, Qatar seeks a Hotel Runner to support across departments, ensuring items and requests reach guests promptly and maintaining smooth operations throughout the property. Runners assist housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office, and other areas, delivering services with a professional appearance and a guest-first mindset.

This is a full-time, non-management role based at our Lusail location.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Assist across departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
• Deliver items to guests in rooms and support housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front-office operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow hotel policies to ensure safety and confidentiality.
