Job summary

A leading hotel and hospitality group in Qatar is seeking an Executive Office Quality & Sustainability Manager to provide professional support to senior management while managing quality and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and possess exceptional organizational skills. This full-time role does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the hotel industry supporting senior management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent administrative skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers high-level professional secretarial and administrative support to the Hotel Manager / Managing Director.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains quality management systems and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Facilitates communication within the hotel as assigned by the Hotel Manager.
