Hotel Manager – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role. Egyptian nationals are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the hotel, including guest services, staff training and development, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain hotel policies and procedures to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and other operational areas.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership, motivational, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations and financial management.
• Valid work permit or residency in Qatar.

Compensation
