Hotel Manager (Part-Time, Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
  • Manage the budget and finances of the hotel, including monitoring expenses and revenue
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to provide exceptional service to guests
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of hotel facilities and services
  • Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Indian nationality preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality management or related field is an asset but not required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Fluency in English is an advantage but not required
  • Must be able to provide own accommodation
