Hotel Manager
As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel in Doha, Qatar. This position is suitable for Indian nationals and does not require fluency in English. It is a full-time job with free visa and ticket provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance teams
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained in all aspects of the hotel, including cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service
- Monitor financial performance of the hotel and make strategic decisions to increase profitability
- Oversee the marketing and sales efforts to attract new guests and maintain relationships with current clients
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Must be an Indian national with no specific English language requirements
- Prior experience as a Hotel Manager is not necessary but preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
