Overview

Hotel Manager

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel in Doha, Qatar. This position is suitable for Indian nationals and does not require fluency in English. It is a full-time job with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance teams
  • Ensure high quality standards are maintained in all aspects of the hotel, including cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service
  • Monitor financial performance of the hotel and make strategic decisions to increase profitability
  • Oversee the marketing and sales efforts to attract new guests and maintain relationships with current clients
  • Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
