Maintenance Engineer (Hotel Industry)

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar

Nationality: Pakistani/Malayalee preferred

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our hotel maintenance team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the hotel industry and possess strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all systems and equipment within the hotel, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all hotel equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with equipment or systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure smooth operation of all systems.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff as needed.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the hotel industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English (Malayalam or Urdu proficiency is a plus).
