Job summary

SnapReach Media is seeking a qualified Hotel Maintenance Engineer for our luxury property in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will maintain and repair hotel equipment, oversee maintenance staff and contractors, and manage schedules and budgets to ensure safety and guest comfort.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3+ years in hotel maintenance, strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems, and proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance projects on time and within budget.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of all equipment, systems, and facilities in the hotel to identify any maintenance needs.
• Conduct repairs or coordinate with outside contractors as needed to resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment.
• Manage maintenance staff by providing training, assigning tasks, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Monitor expenses related to maintenance operations within budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations by conducting regular inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
