Job summary

A hospitality company is seeking a seasoned professional to handle revenue management responsibilities. This includes forecasting hotel room revenues, setting pricing strategies, and conducting revenue meetings. Candidates should have a degree in Hospitality Management and 25 years of relevant experience in hotel reservations or front office operations. The role demands strong customer service skills and familiarity with property management systems. This position is based in Qatar and is full-time without remote flexibility.

Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience is often required.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly accurate 3 months forecast for hotel rooms revenue.
  • Prepare monthly accurate 12 months forecast for hotel rooms revenue.
  • Actively participate in the production of the hotel's annual budget.
  • Set and communicate hotel pricing strategy by market segment.
  • Chair a weekly Revenue Meeting and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with brand processes related to Revenue Management.
  • Introduce incremental revenue generators to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Provide analysis of top producing accounts to support pricing.
  • Set monthly targets for upselling revenue.
