Job Opening – Senior Electrician

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of electricians in daily installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, control panels, motors, switchboards, and transformers.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to maintain system reliability and operational continuity.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failure and downtime.
• Accurately interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with project specifications, company standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports, material requisitions, and progress updates for management and supervisors.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification : ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
• Minimum 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in electrical systems within shipyards, industrial facilities, or construction environments.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising teams of electricians.
• Gulf region experience is highly preferred.
• Strong technical proficiency in electrical installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
