Job summary

JobLeader is seeking a reliable Indian truck driver to join our transportation team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations within the city and ensuring timely deliveries.

Salary is 1600$ per month with visa sponsorship and a flexible schedule. Candidates should have at least 2 years of truck driving experience, English communication skills, and be physically fit for loading and unloading when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Indian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience in India or the Middle East.
• Ability to communicate in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Physically fit for loading/unloading when required.
• Familiar with GPS navigation and electronic logging devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a heavy-duty truck and transport goods within the city.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules while following traffic laws.
• Inspect vehicles and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries including mileage and fuel usage.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, customers and warehouse staff for pickups and deliveries.
• Follow company policies for loading/unloading and paperwork.
• Adhere to all local traffic laws and safety regulations.
