Job summary

University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) invites applications for Assistant / Associate Professor in Healthcare Management, teaching across the department's undergraduate Healthcare Management program and the EMHA.

Reporting to the Head of the Healthcare Management Department, the candidate will develop, deliver, and evaluate a broad range of courses, collaborate with industry, and contribute to accreditation and professional development.

Qualifications

• PhD and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or related discipline from an internationally recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years teaching in post-secondary or industry training.
• Distinguished research record in top-tier journals.
• Experience supervising high-caliber research students.
• Leadership in building engagement with profession and industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate courses within Healthcare Management.
• Cover Health Economics, Health Insurance and Financing, Health Systems, Health Informatics and Data Analytics.
• Liaise with industry and other educational institutions; participate in advisory committees.
• Coordinate, manage, and control projects within the program area.
• Contribute to accreditation processes and instructional development.
