Job summary

Apply Now in Doha, Qatar seeks a Head of Inspection and Controlled Substances to provide strategic direction and oversight for the inspection, regulation, and management of controlled substances, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.

You will supervise inspectors, enforce regulations, and develop policies, training, and metrics to safeguard public health and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Pharmacy from a recognized university.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Subject to Healthcare Specialties Department regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans and policies to ensure effective inspection and control of pharmaceuticals and controlled substances.
• Provide leadership to promote best practices in pharmaceutical regulation and control at the national level.
• Oversee registration, licensing, monitoring, and enforcement related to controlled substances.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Pharmacy
