Job summary

A leading energy company in Qatar is seeking an experienced professional for the Solar Power Plants Department to establish equipment reliability and performance strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in large solar power plants and strong electrical engineering skills. This position involves overseeing power production and implementing improvements to meet operational targets. A BSc degree in Electrical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in large solar power plants.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical engineering related to photovoltaic systems.
• Experience conducting Failure Mode / Effect and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement reliability strategies for solar power plant equipment.
• Oversee power production performance and implement improvements.
