Job summary

Client of ASQ International in Doha invites applications for Head of Early Years International School. Start November 2026 or sooner. The role offers leadership across EYFS to Lower Primary, with emphasis on high-quality teaching, curriculum planning, and staff development.

You will lead and develop staff, monitor and feedback on teaching, and collaborate with SLT to raise standards, ensuring a nurturing environment aligned to the National Curriculum of England for ages 3–18.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in an International School
• Experience teaching the EYFS Curriculum
• Strong leadership and staff development skills

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and monitor delivery of an enriching differentiated curriculum.
• Provide feedback and guidance to colleagues to raise teaching standards.
• Motivate and develop staff through professional development and training.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to support planning, assessment and school improvement.
