Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Lead, Data Governance to head the central team responsible for ensuring accurate, consistent, and high-quality data across 120 data domains and 870 data families. You will drive the data governance framework, strategy, and AI governance roadmap in partnership with leadership.

The role requires a strong track record in data management, governance practices, and stakeholder leadership, with hands-on governance tool experience and global data literacy initiatives in a complex

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Information Management or an engineering/business related equivalent.
10+ years of experience in Data Management for Oil and Gas Upstream/Downstream Operations and Major Capital Projects.
Fluent English both spoken and written

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise data governance framework, strategy, and roadmap.
Drive the implementation of data governance practices in AI, advanced analytics, digital use cases and data platform operations.
Implementation and maintenance of solutions to manage data governance.
Company data literacy and organization upskilling.
Definition of polices, standards and guidelines for data governance and monitor adoption.
Budget management for operational costs and data investments.
