Candidates must hold a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and have at least 10 years of experience in the field, including 4 years in managerial positions. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Qatar’s culture and legal regulations will be advantageous. Qualifications

• Manage all construction activities at plant sites, ensuring projects meet specifications, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee daily operations of construction projects, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency
• Regularly review project progress and provide detailed reports to the Business Development Manager
• Lead contractual and technical meetings with contractors, developers, purchasers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration
