A prestigious members club in Qatar is seeking a skilled Head Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen. You will lead a dynamic culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience while controlling costs and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a high-end restaurant environment, exceptional culinary skills, and strong leadership abilities. This role also involves menu development and member engagement, making it a key position in shaping the dining experience.
A Head Chef managing a Members Club is responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while seeking customer feedback, training staff, controlling costs, and covering all business needs.
As a Head Chef you are responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Head Chef will also be required to ensure that all operational quality and administrative functions are carried out properly.
