Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably as a handyman supervisor.
• Knowledge of various handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of handymen on various projects.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time and up to standard.
• Train new handymen on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies.
