Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting other departments, maintaining clean work areas, and using POS systems while engaging guests and ensuring a flawless guest experience. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers and POS systems.
• Exchange information with other employees using electronic devices.
• Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards and respond to service needs.
