CVeek is seeking a Social Media & Growth Strategist to develop and execute growth strategies across social platforms, driving reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions for clients in Qatar and beyond. You will analyze audience behavior, trends, and platform performance to craft data-driven content plans.

Collaborate with creators, SEO specialists, and account managers to optimize campaigns and report results.

Qualifications

Experience in social media, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and short-form content.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
Understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior.
Ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies.
Knowledge of AI-powered content and marketing tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

Develop social media growth strategies for different brands and industries.
Analyze audience behavior, competitors, trends, and platform performance.
Build content strategies based on business goals and audience insights.
Monitor Reach, Views, Retention, Engagement, Shares, Saves, and Follower Growth.
Develop and manage content experiments to identify high-performing formats and topics.
Identify trends and opportunities for organic growth.
Work closely with content creators, video producers, SEO specialists, and account managers.
Prepare performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
