You will develop creative concepts for menus, packaging, social media, and promotional materials; collaborate with marketing and culinary teams; edit photos; prepare print-ready files; and manage a growing library of design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio of food-related branding and marketing design.
• Video editing and animation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary Responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the brand identity, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials of the company's restaurants and food concepts. Role involves developing designs for menus, packaging, digital media, signage, and event promotions, ensuring consistency with the company's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for menus, packaging, promotional materials, advertisements, social media posts, and digital content.
• 2. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to understand project requirements and ensure brand consistency.
• 3. Design and produce point-of-sale materials, restaurant signage, banners, flyers, and event-related graphics.
• 4. Edit and enhance photos of dishes, drinks, and restaurant interiors for marketing use.
• 5. Create social media content (static posts, stories, reels covers) aligned with campaign strategies and seasonal promotions.
• 6. Ensure all designs meet food industry regulations regarding labeling, packaging, and advertising when applicable.
• 7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• 8. Stay updated with trends in food styling, F&B marketing, and digital design.
• 9. Prepare files for printing and liaise with external vendors when necessary.
• 10. Maintain and organize a library of all design files and assets.
• 11. Performs other duties assigned.

Qualification, Experience & Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing food-related, branding, and marketing design projects. Excellent creative thinking and visual storytelling skills. Attention to detail and strong time management skills. Knowledge of video editing and animation is an advantage.
