Job summary

QC Plus is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to support our design team across print and digital media. You will execute concepts, produce deliverables, and collaborate with marketing, product, and other colleagues to meet project goals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with strong typography, color theory, and layout skills. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Graphic Designer will assist the design team in creating visually engaging content across multiple platforms including print and digital media. This role involves executing creative concepts, producing design deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project goals. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with a passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design Support: Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual style across all channels.
• Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming sessions with the design and marketing teams, contributing creative ideas and concepts for various projects.
• Digital Media Creation: Help design digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
• Print Material Design: Support the creation of print-ready files for materials such as posters, packaging, and promotional items.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, marketing, and product teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring that assets are easily accessible for future use.
• Image Editing: Retouch and edit photos for use in marketing materials and presentations.
• Research and Trends: Stay updated on design trends and best practices, providing insights that can enhance the company’s creative output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
