Job summary

A leading aerospace services firm in Doha is looking for a Quality Assurance & HSE Expert to oversee compliance with quality management systems across its operations. The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in QA and HSE within the defense or aerospace sectors and will be responsible for implementing group-wide frameworks, conducting audits, and ensuring operational safety and sustainability. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and relevant professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Health & Safety or Environmental Management in defense/aerospace.
• Proven track record in managing multi-site quality and HSE systems.
• Experience with ISO/AS9100 implementation and risk-based quality control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain group-wide QHSE policies and frameworks.
• Implement ISO standards across subsidiaries.
• Advise on quality and HSE risks and opportunities.
• Lead harmonization of QA and HSE procedures.
• Oversee safety management systems per local laws and standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits for compliance.
