Job description

Expat Opportunity | Long Term Full-Time Open-Ended | Tax-Free Salary

Total Monthly Salary : 30,200 QAR | Non-Negotiable

The Total Salary is Structured as follows :

• Basic Salary
• Market Allowance : % of Basic
• Professional Allowance : % of Basic
• Transport Allowance : 1,250 QAR
• GSM Allowance : 500 QAR per month

Additional Benefits (over and above the total monthly salary)

• Schooling Allowances : 21,000 QAR per child per academic year (up to 3 children, ages 5–18)
• Housing : Accommodation Provided
• Annual Leave : 40 days per year
• Flight Tickets : Economy Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 5–18 (annual, joining & repatriation)
• Baggage Allowance : Provided for joining & repatriation
• Conference Entitlement : Every 2 years, after 18 months of service – up to 9 days (including travel) with round-trip ticket
