Job summary

A leading energy company located in Qatar seeks a qualified training manager to oversee operations in the Gas Processing Department. The candidate will coordinate training requirements and provide essential support to operations management and trainees. A degree in Engineering is required along with 5 years of experience in both field and simulation training, particularly with Honeywell/ABB IICS DCS systems. Strong communication skills in English and familiarity with instructional techniques are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas field with panel operation background in Gas Processing plant.
• 5 years as trainer both in field and Simulation with particular reference to Honeywell/ ABB, IICS DCS systems.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and manages training requirements for Mesaieed Operations.

Skills

Good communication / presentation skills

Excellent in English language
