CoreStruct Solutions in Al-Khor, Qatar, seeks experienced gardeners, preferably Kenyan nationals, to maintain and enhance client gardens and green spaces. The role is physically demanding and outdoors, with duties including planting, pruning, irrigation, and installation of basic landscaping features.

The position offers a tax-free salary of 1,600 USD per month, with company-provided accommodation and transportation, plus medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Kenyan nationality preferred
• Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of different types of plants, gardening techniques, and landscaping principles
• Ability to use gardening tools such as lawnmowers, pruners, shovels, etc.
• Biometric passport required for visa processing (if not already obtained)
• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to client's preferences
• Prune and trim trees and bushes to maintain their health and shape
• Water plants regularly and ensure proper drainage
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
• Maintain clean and organized garden areas by removing weeds, leaves, and other debris
• Monitor plant health and identify any diseases or pests, taking appropriate actions to address them
• Install new landscaping features such as walkways, planters, or irrigation systems
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding their gardens
