A leading company in Qatar is seeking a Front Office Manager with a bachelor's degree in hotel management and at least 2 years of experience in relevant fields. The role involves managing appointment schedules, handling calls, and assisting in HR processes, all while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in hotel management or any relevant field.
  • Good Knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Front office management is required.

Responsibilities

  • Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings.
  • Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers based on priorities.
  • Assisting the HR team in exit and joining formalities.
  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the correct department.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings
  • Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities
  • Assisting the HR team in exit and joining formalities
  • Maintaining administration and operation records
  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the correct department
  • Greeting the guest/ customer at the office
  • Supervising the housekeeping department and preparing a list of stock
Education:
  • Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in hotel management or any relevant field
  • Good Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office and its applications
